How to deal with the whistling or howling ?

Firstly please note that Whistling happens is not about product quality, it happens even in the most expensive hearing aids. It happens because the sound from the amplifier is redirected to the microphone and gets re-amplified. 

Please make sure the ear dome is fit properly inside your ear canal. And if you have the volume turned up to the top, we recommend using closed dome as it prevents sound from escaping your ear canal. We enclosed a paper in the box about whistling instruction for the user's reference so if you send it as gift, no worry about this problem.
